Thanks for your thoughtful reply~ I think I should try to get some sleep now and not let it bother me too much (at least it fueled my creative rage…)

And thanks for seeing me. My initial intention was to help young girls like me who have ever felt like their pain was dismissed or wronged. I don’t have a mean bone in my body and upon close inspection I didn’t see anything that was wrong with my post, and what he did was a violation of my sense...

I have to admit the experience scared me as well as my feelings being hurt. Genuinely curious here—what did he follow up with? I’m too scared to unblock. It kinda triggered my childhood bullying scenes and hit a nerve in my system. Which is only reasonable, really.

Ohh… he followed up? I didn’t see it, I actually blocked his messages because I can’t cope with toxicity. Lol

Same. I can’t even find that button, the only response I can give is “like” which is probably for the best since I wouldn’t know what to do with a dislike button if I had one.

Oh, that’s reasonable. And btw speaking from personal experience I just got my first “dislike” on this forum (though my message was as harmless as a bunny rabbit). Not a big problem but I may have overreacted a little by clapping back with a self-written song on top of a clarification of the...

What happened here? Just curious, but shouldn’t you have to do something really offensive to get banned from this forum? Hope it wasn’t anything too bad, though.

My ex-crush who is an INFP is like that—he finds it hard to open up even to his closest friends likely because he was rejected in the past, socially and emotionally. I think he has avoidant issues because he avoids being attached to other people by curating a version of himself that he isn’t and...

    INFJ Loneliness

That’s actually a wise move considering how most college frats are a waste of time. Poetry/philosophy slams or book clubs might be a better choice. Less people, less sensory overload, less wine and certainly a lot more enlightening.

    INFJ Loneliness

You know what sucked most? During the social event I was in, that guy (who I had previously met two weeks ago and at that time he asked for my number and mostly fumbled around me saying things like “I’ve come here many times but this is the first time I met someone like you” and offering to give...

    INFJ Loneliness

Haha actually when I said “they” I meant “he” because I just experienced that kind of thing last night. I’m not used to being fawned over by guys and that was the first time any of them had been remotely straightforward. I didn’t use to consider myself attractive and desirable in high school...

    INFJ Loneliness

Oof hope you’re okay now. I had a couple friends with mental illnesses and while I know that some don’t heal entirely, I still hope that you’re in a better place—I sort of have a vague idea of how terrible it can feel, especially when it comes to heartbreak. Sticks and stones may break your...

Alien Spark between INTJ and INFJ?

Just a gentle suggestion here but you may want to take into account that most people on this forum are quite supportive and give some pretty thoughtful advice. I can’t count all the times I’ve faced something in life and come to this website seeking support and validation and the friends I’ve...

Alien Spark between INTJ and INFJ?

I agree with Hyacinth. Relationships aren’t defined solely by personality types and it’s possible to get along with someone who might seem different at first glance but you later develop something with. I think the fundamental parts of friendship and romantic relationships are trust and...

    INFJ Loneliness

Every time someone says to me that high school was “the best years” of their life, I want to fall off my chair laughing because high school was definitely not sunshines and rainbows, at least not for me. It’s kinda sad we have to meet them at their level and not ours. I think we should just let...
