I am a contemporary artist and sometime writer who enjoys all things creative. I also enjoy learning about my particular interests in personalities, family dyanmics and life progression and then passing on that information. I guess that fits the "counsellor" part of my INFJ self.
I didn't get a chance to have a "career" so I have come late to the passions that fit my type.
I recently finished an arts degree majoring in sociology and writing as a mature age student. This was an enjoyable process feeding into my interests in how we travel through life and the systems in which we live that define our journey.
I considered following it up with a post-grad course in counselling but there were other areas I wanted to explore and choose which would be the most important path.
As noted above:
Art, writing, psychology, sociology, politics, family dynamics..reading about them all and learning all I can about how the world works.

- Biography
- I was born the eldest of three, the only girl. I have always been little bit adventurous and certainly individual in my thoughts and ideas.
I had always had an interest in the creative life but due to our family situation the idea of following writing interests into university was never an option and so I did the usual office jobs. In between I did many short courses but never truly delved into art properly until the children grew and I could dedicate the time.
My two sons are now grown and my husband and I have a long and happy marriage with plans to enjoy more outdoors life in caravanning soon.
The idea of completing a university degree appealed to me as unfinished business and so I dived in doing via distance education. I did it part time and it was a long time, but I found I was good at and enjoyed immensely the theoretical components. It was through that I found I had the intellectual capacity and pleasure.
Following that accomplishment I decided that the art still needed to be explored.
While I enjoyed writing and had some work published I am presently finding that the long lost art interests are feeding my creative needs very well. It allows me to express through conceptual art and ideas.
