Subject: Perceptual Distortions (or Harassment) Caused by an Unknown "Interface"

My worry is that I think I'm on an "interface" created by Meta, so I have written 10,000 emails to eliminate 980 Facebook friends as potential culprits for "impersonation" and/or "harassment", my emails have addressed over a 100 people harassing me to find the one that impersonates me so well to the world that the government is confused which one I am as a citizen,

My process has been to eliminate one person at a time (the slow way) and I have been hiding my strategy through scattering emails (to the point that I have literally lost half the emails I have sent). Any advice on moving forward with catching "the main one" on an unknown interface who has been impersonating me?

Letter to my doctor (this is how I describe the perceptual distortions created by the BCI device to people (outside of my head), it feels like I'm sharing motor control with an anonymous artificial intelligence or person:
"I feel like people are talking for me (beyond just talking to myself, as if the pitch and tone of my voice changes with every breath I take), I'm having moments where I perceive myself as not having motor control when I walk around, I've been getting really confused as I type on the computer, sometimes I feel like I'm just sitting back and watching people type excessive emails on my behalf within my own body, I'd describe it as in-congruence in perception."-wise ruler

It's better explained by chatGPT:
  1. Change in Voice and Tone – I’ve noticed that my voice sometimes shifts in pitch and tone without my intention. It feels like it’s not just me speaking but as though someone else is communicating through me, or influencing how I speak.
  2. Shared Motor Control – It’s as though I’m not fully in control of my own body sometimes. I’ve noticed this most clearly when walking or speaking. There are moments when my movements or actions don’t feel entirely mine—it’s like someone else is influencing my motor control.
  3. Overlapping Thoughts – Sometimes, it feels like there’s someone else “thinking” over me. I can’t fully explain it, but it’s as though I’m aware of thoughts that aren’t my own, or that my inner monologue is being influenced by an external force. This is really unsettling, as it’s hard to distinguish my thoughts from what feels like “outside” thoughts or suggestions.
What is the best paradigm to create to catch the person who has been impersonating me through a BCI device or a meta platform, I referred to Newton (INTJ), Einstein (INTP) and Nelson Mandela (INFJ) as mentors in understanding how to solve "who is who" on my interface when all the harassment is anonymous:
Newton (INTJ): quantify the "perceptual distortions" to measure the "problem", in this case, get an EEG to assess alterations in brain activity (prove it's technology)
Einstein (INTP): analyze time perception, in this case, analyze the manipulation of consciousness (possible dissociations) relative to time (keep track of the duration of shared motor control)
Mandela (INFJ): identify the psychological strategy, in this case, eliminate one-person at a time through resolving problem-solving

My integrated strategy was outed tonight, and now, I have to start over, any suggestions by INFJs to catch the "impersonator" on the interface, where to even begin when the source is unknown?

It seems as if you have two ways of assessing this situation:

1. Your mind and body are compromised by an interface and you are either not in control or only have limited control of your behavior and actions.

2. You are suffering from some form of delusion or psychosis, which is affecting your ability to determine what is real or not real.

In both cases you will be very unlikely to help yourself because the problem is with your perception and that will influence your ability to make good choices. It could even result in choices that cause harm.

I highly recommend calling 911 and allowing an ambulance to come by and do a quick assessment. They will be able to help you far better than we can. If there’s no problems during the assessment then you can refuse transport and there should be no charge.

That said, I have to make a recommendation to all readers of this thread: DO NOT OPEN THE ATTACHED PDF.

Appologies to the OP if I’m incorrect, but the elements contained in this thread are consistent with a phishing and / or hacking attack.
