Many records are gone, so I heard. This government was not the first. The complete story may never be known. Four decades and twenty weeks ago, our fathers made some bad decisions. Our Presidents have made bad decisions. Our public has made bad decisions. At least learn from your mistakes! Stop closing southern bases only to build new ones up north.

MKULTRA is a pretty big crack in peoples perceptions
If someone can get to the point of realising that MKULTRA is real and that their government was actually conducting mind control experiments on its citizens without their permision then it can really overturn any old perceptions of nationalism and of the elite who run our countries being benevolent
These experiments were often conducted on the most vulnerable members of society. For example people who were undergoing treatment for mental health issues.
They often involved subjecting people to physical, sexual and verbal abuse and often involved the use of drugs administered to people without their permission
Its all incredibly sick
One aim of MKULTRA was to see if the CIA could create a 'manchurian candidate'. This is someone who has been so traumatised by an event that their mind actually shears in two so that they can escape the horror. The CIA would then programme the new compartment of the persons brain to carry out a particular act for example assassinate someone. The attorney of the assassin who killed Bobby Kennedy believed that his client had been 'hypnotised'. Other people suspected of being manchurian candidates are the murderer of John lennon and the young man who recently shot many people in a cinema in Aurora
For a long time our governments have been weaving a narrative for us. They have taught us to see the world a certain way through the education system and through the media
They want us to believe that they are good and that people from other countries are bad. They always create a bogeyman to keep the public scared. When people are scared their mind contracts. If you've ever been in a terriifying situation you know that it all becomes a little bit tunnel visioned and takes on an unreal quality. The body fires up with adrenaline and we experience a flight or fight response. So when a person can assimilate the horrifying reality of MKULTRA and the fact that our own leaders are monsters then it is a great step towards freeing themself of that perceptual prison that the elites keep us in
Once that perception is completely shattered and individual is free to re-evaluate who they really trust, who the real bad guys are and what they want to do about it
The elites who have in depth knowledge about the human psyche programme us from a young age to think and feel about things in certain ways. They manipulate us relentlessly through the media and though education. All these false perceptions of reality that they programme into us begin to form a matrix of false perceptions that becomes so deep that many people cannot see past it; they end up prisoners of the mind controllers....the engineers of perception and their emotions are constantly played on by the elites.
Usually the manipulation involves creating a fear or hatred of 'the other' whatever the other is at that time because this is divisive...it keeps people divided: divide and rule. But when there are angry people it is invariably because our leaders have done something to them first to make them angry whether it is stealing their oil, invading their land, overthrowing their democratically elected leaders and replacing them with one of their puppets etc

I guess I can understand the need for novelty at all times and how even something that is seriously disturbing can appear boring to people who have obviously 'moved on', but if this can happen as recently as 30 years ago, then who's to say what kinds of things are happening now? It's pretty much impossible to stay ahead of ideas like this.

I think that LSD did not provide the perfect mind control drug or truth serum that they had been looking for but they still carry out psyops operations
You only have to look at the atrocities going on in Abu Graib to see how both physical and mental torture are still used by the US military. The behaviour going on there had been sanctioned from high up the chain of command
Whenever you have centralised power you will find an elite thinking about how they will maintain a position of dominance over others. Mind control is the best method because it is more difficult for the victim to get to grips with, whereas physical chains are easy to get to grips with
If a person doesn't think they are being emotionally manipulated then they should just sit in on a brainstorming session at a Public Relations company and see just how much thought and money is ploughed into shaping their perceptions. The same processes are at work in media editors meetings, government cabinet meetings and 'think tanks' such as the council on foreign relations. All these places are essentially forums for the powerful to get together and decide how they are going to continue to sit on the backs of the public
