New plans for society through books

Books like 1984 and the like are often said to be the construction plans for a new society. Granted this is usually by people that wear tin foil hats, are conspiracy theorist, or Shai Gar. What modern books do you think are "prophesying" the great new society of the future?

Chomsky. I'm using his books as Political Text books. Not on "who the big evils are" but, "how to do it".

Or, I just had a panic attack. I'm going to go lie down.

It's being developed right now: don't know when it will hit the market. It will probably be used to treat more severe cases of social anxiety.
