I can't understand what the guy in this video is saying, but his laughter reminds me of a guy at a takeaway I went to during some free time at a conference in San Diego.

I must confess, in my local gym's hot tub I semi-occasionally have something come to mind which although isn't funny, at that moment completely cracks me up and I end up scaring everyone else out of the tub because I can't stop laughing so hard.

The laughing continues when exiting the pool and stops about 5-10 minutes after this when I'm taking a shower.
