**1. Brainwaves can bring us - Peace, Joy, Freedom... and somehow, the power of making bless.

2. Life is precious, humans are miracles - We just did not think we are, that's because we are always "been taught"; always "followers"!!! In another word, we never had focused on discovering things of our own brain, you see, our brain is the most important thing to: "why we are miracles"!!!

3. "Calm down" - usually we calm down with our emotions / feelings, or etc... Have you ever tried to calm your brainwaves??!

*4. Brainwaves - sometimes, they are messy / disordered, and frustrating!!!!! But sometimes, they are very pleased, (long or short regular waves inside your brain!!!!) So, we need to spend some time & energy to form a best shape to our brainwave - pattern/"ruler".

**5. The very important part to our brain is - the front part of our brains!!!!!!!!

***6. "Nicely - focus" can be easier for capturing those "brilliant" Brain-waves!!!!!!

BTW, you can find more information about "brainwaves" on the internet - but you also need to trust your own intuitions on this thing. ^_^

*3. "Calm your brainwaves" - Usually, when we're angry, we try to calm down with our emotions/feelings; Have you tried to 'calm' your brainwaves first??!

**5. "Nicely - focus" can make it easier for us to capture those "brilliant" Brainwaves!!!

Brainwaves - sometimes, they can be messy/in disorder, etc... then, it can be annoying to you, and you will feel unhappy; But sometimes they are very pleasing, (with those long/short *regular* brainwaves inside the brain) I think we all need to spend time and energy to find us a better brainwave-pattern!!!!!!

***What is "Spirit-Walk"?
My answer: it's a very pleasant mental experience that you have when you see and hear things so vividly (mentally) without really doing it. I think it is a very refreshingly powerful thing for you to do to find joys!!!
***How to do it?
My answer: when you feel energetic & very creative: (1) Sleep in a bed; (2) completely relax the body and the mind (with total concentration); (3) "talk a lot" in "the front part of your brain"; 'See' and 'Hear' from "The scene & activities", vividly!!! - [3D] - 'First person'-views.
***One way of doing the "Spirit-Walk"
1. Let it show-up in your mind vividly, for the first time (Do it without intentions)!!!!! 2. Take an amount of your time to "get familiarized" to those scenes and activities ('See' and 'hear' them repeatedly - mentally). 3. Then, the "Spirit walk" thing will be work out for you.

***Be a "(healthy) upright-standing tree": A strong, healthy person; Just "BE YOURSELF", and "Believe In Yourself"!!! + ("See" an image of that upright-standing tree often, mentally, as a reminder!)

"Choices , time & energy"; "Principles & Harmony"
1. "our choices" lead us onto the way to achieve our goals or to be sinful, or etc... (the better our choices are, the faster & easier we will achieve on certain goals.)
2. "our time & energy" is something that we can invest into achieving our goals. (BTW, we are always living with 'the time' & 'the energy'!!!)
3. "Principles & Harmony - "how can we find a certain kind of freedom, nowadays?" 1. Find yourself "the very best principles", and live with the principles; 2. Try, do your best to live in harmony!

"Breathe the will"!!!!! - When you feel angry (or other positive feelings)......
*When you feel angry about something, don't hide/bury the feeling; practise it in this way: "Breathe the anger in and out, in and out (for just a moment)"! Then quickly and easily forget about that 'fury.'" Plus: you can not "breathe" with the hatred feelings, or the other unhappy feelings; that's harmful, I think!
*On the other hand. If you have the positive feelings like "confidence and courages, or etc..." then, you can practise in the same way:"Immediately, breathe them in and out, in and out..." ^_^

2. "The Time & Energy" is something that we can invest in order to achieve our "goal". ++ "Things will change!!! - (after you put your time and energy into doing the right thing)".
3. *Principle & Harmony*
1. "Find yourself the very best principles"; "live your life with principles"!
2. Live with/in harmony!!! -- "What is harmony seem like to me?" - Just imagine: 60 or 100 people in a room, they're all like real brothers and sisters to each other; they are very happy!!!
