Supreme Court Nominee: Elena Kagan

What are your thoughts on this? I have always found the process of electing supreme court justices flawed to say the least, but it is always interesting to listen and watch. Here is a brief overview, as her hearings have just began. The GOP has thretened a few times to filibuster this, but I am not so sure if they will be able to do it

She believes in censoring hate speech. Even the unpopular opinions deserve 1st amendment protection. Nuff said.
