I have three responses to it:
1. Your example does appear to be how Ni/Se works, but also keep in mind that the processing of it is usually a bit "slower" for someone who expresses preference for Ni. Ne usually occurs in spurts or "jumps"...it's very quick.
2. Just because a test says you are INFP, doesn't necessarily mean you are. Perhaps you should read on the functions a bit more and determine your own preferences. You could very well be be an INTJ in a Ni-Fi loop. Unless you actually have preferences for Fe/Ti. But only you know that, sister lol.
3. Watch the video I posted, and also look up the INFP video by the same guy, and compare which processes sound more like what comes naturally to you.
