1. bake those two pieces of meat (blinde vinken) brown in hot butter
2. add 400 pieces of mushrooms and bake them until they're soft (keep turning them over)
3. add 200 ml vleesfond (I think this is sauce to put on your meat or something) and add 100 ml of cooking cream
4. let it all cook for about 10-15 minutes
5. add a spoon of capers and a spoon of parsley
6. serve it with baked potatoes and perhaps a salad
