you are very kind shawn. I have not doubt at all of your INFJishness! that's a defining trait...helping and caring for others. I feel much better today. But feeling demeaned and betrayed like that is just about the worst feeling. and it never comes at a good time does it. I think I will eat today. My black moods rarely last. You read about my 2007. I've leaned a few tricks from that and writing like I did is one that really helps.
