I'm not mad. I was just pissed that everyone was blowing it way out of proportion and doing something to make ones body feel better isn't bad.

I don't agree with the masturbation thing, not on account of some moral concern, but on account of the impulse control problems it cultivates. Masturbation may be a relief to people without impulse control, but like binge eating, it only contributes to the problem.
