You said you hoped I stuck around--and I will--but I need to do some work. I've been avoiding writing something that's been percolating in my mind for months, probably because it's so personal. But it's time to get to it. I've struggled with writing fiction for years, but the only thing I've had published is a short nonfiction piece. You can read it, if you've a mind to do so. I've always been better at nonfiction than fiction, so I want to embark on a feature-length autobiographical piece, the scope of which both intimidates and consumes me.
