  • Really? Thank you very much for settling something that unsettles me as much as your infj/emfj conundrum.
    Hi, VH,

I finally posted a picture on the members photos part2 thread. Could you work your magic and tell me if you think it's the face of an infj or infp, or is that too fine a distinction?
I definitely have empathic connections more often with other NF's, most notably my best friend who is ENFP. There is a sort of warmth I have with ENFJ friends but less of a "whoa that's weird" type of connection. And for the first time, I've gotten to know an INFJ a bit over the last couple of months (in real life) and there is definitely a sense of "knowing what the other person is feeling" even though we don't acknowledge it verbally (because i guess that would be a bit awk!)... but it is super intense (but quiet), unlike anything I've experienced before. And I have to wonder whether it's just the two of us having super empathic INFx brains or if it's just the two of us as individuals. Weird!
wow, you can discern their feelings ALL the time?? does the emotional conduit connecting you and the other person ever overload with such knowledge? have you had connections like this with only infp, or other people too? now i'm so curious!
I'm not sure. It was the Kaplan LSAT practice test. My buddy popped it in the scanner then told me I make him sick.
Kaplan is useless, in my opinion. They aren't licensed to publish any of the LSAC 50's (I think they've only got the rights up to 45) and LSAC did a major overhaul of the test in the early 2000's You'd do better to just use LSAC, rather than any of the courses. It's a whole other ball game.

What was your raw score on that cold test, do you remember?
Yes, I was reading up on it a while ago when I was thinking about taking up a martial art and I just found I really "clicked" with it. I'm pretty dead-set on Aikido, if I were to do a martial art. It's just a matter of getting off my ass and signing up. I might get on that after my LSAT :)
I love how graceful and calm Aikido appears... using an opponent's energy against him is definitely an attractive philosophy, both in martial arts and in practical application. But you're right, there's not many instructors around here and many Aikido dojos do not accept new students because there are only so many classes available.

    Tai Chi... Hmm

My next choice would've been Kendo, but it's pretty $$$$. :/ Which, unfortunately, factors largely into my decision.
Woot! Just call me Jag...:D Kind of fun, that info. I'll have to investigate it some.
I actually do see it, but I can't put my finger on what it is. I also took the liberty of looking up the totem and it's "path." It definitely fits.
lol. Thanks for going as far as asking your friend for an opinion. :)
