I have been in your shoes. I know that feeling and it can overwhelm you and basically take over your mind. It's hard to tame sometimes.

In that case, yeah. I find hard exercise really helps me when I get like that. Running particularly, but really any sort of strenuous-ish physical activity. [Or going downstairs and beating up the punching bag. ]
