im an infj and consider myself spiritual, though less than a year ago i wasn't nor all that interested. i mean i didn't grow up in a religious household or anything and was always pretty much free to think what i wanted, but the lack of tangible evidence to support spirituality seemed too obscure for someone who was interested in.. well reality. i read a book and found out some information awhile back on a western psychological/spiritual practice that opened up some doors in my awareness and understanding. but i don't follow it bc its spiritual, it's more about what works for me than what label it falls under. i mean if i had found contentment within christianity or neuroscience or eastern philosophy as some people do, i would've gone with that instead.
