Russian Prime Minister Confirms The Existence Of Intelligent Extraterrestrial Life
Russia’s Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev recently confirmed the existence of intelligent extraterrestrial life in a short interview away from network cameras after an appearance on Russian television. This is extremely significant, as it is a rare occasion when a current serving Prime Minister of a any nation has come forward to share the truth. Keep in mind that Medvedev also served as President of Russia from 2008 to 2012.
Collective Evolution has had this interview translated by multiple sources and can verify it’s credibility with regards to translation. Both of our translations are Russian.
“I tell you the first and last time. Together with a nuclear suitcase the president has a folder, which is top secret and devoted entirely to the report by the Russian secret service which handles the control of extraterrestrials in our country. After the term, the two folders and a small nuclear suitcase are transferred to the new president. How many of them are among us I cannot say because panic might begin.”
He also refers to a Russian documentary if you are interested in the subject titled “The Men in Black.” He is not referring to the hollywood film.
WHAT CAN WE CONCLUDE FROM THESE STATEMENTS?
Prime Minister Medvedev made many interesting remarks, one of them being the fact that the president receives classified information on extraterrestrials visiting the planet at the beginning of his term. From this we can conclude that those responsible and dealing with this subject is not the president or the prime minister.
They simply receive a briefing from the countries “secret service.” Interestingly, Medvedev was President from 2008 — 2012, prior to Medvedev, the president was Vladimir Putin from 2000-2008, as well as the prime minister from 2008-20012. So he has been in the ‘know’ for quite some time. It’s more likely that the heads of major ‘secret service’ groups who have entire careers at agencies are privy to more information than a president who serves a much shorter term.

The same has been the case in the United States, with the very first public disclosure of a Untied States “black budget” program by Edward Snowden, credibility to other high ranking individuals within the ‘power structure’ has further increased.
Former National Minister of Defence for Canada, Paul Hellyer alluded to trillions of dollars going into black budget projects in which congress and the president are deliberately kept in the dark. The secret seems to be exploding out even more as we head towards 2014.
In my opinion it’s important to note that these statements come after thousands and thousands of UFO files and documentation have been released by dozens of governments world wide, including the Russian Navy and agencies like the NSA. Here is one example of one from the NSA, other examples include much more detailed information.
The evidence is widely available for those who are interested in pursuing it. Not too long ago, we presented a list of 12 Government Documents, out of thousands, that take UFOs seriously.
Another interesting comment was the fact that Prime Minister Medvedev alluded to the fact that they receive a nuclear suitcase. There is a lot of evidence that shows how UFOs have been deactivating Nuclear Missiles around the world for a number of years.
Last but not least, he states that a reason for secrecy is the fact that it might spread panic. I can understand that there are those who have kept the secrecy behind UFOs and extraterrestrials because they did not want to panic the population.
On the other hand, there is a lot more that could go into the reasoning behind the secrecy of UFOs. Some of these concerns include technological implications, reasons for visitation, and opening humanity up to new concepts that threaten our current ‘power structure’ or paradigm of reality here on Earth. It has financial and economical implications that threaten those who profit off of the current existing paradigm.

At the end of the day your truth is within, what does your heart and soul tell you? I understand the importance of writing about this subject in a way that can reach many. At the same time, we have to move past labels that give people “credibility” and think for ourselves.
All of the answers are inside of you, the only problem is that we’ve been programmed for so long that we’ve forgotten how to listen to what our intuition is saying -our heart, our soul. Our minds have been so busy accomplishing the “set out requirements to live a good life” that we have not learned how to get in touch with the real truth within.

We live in a world where we are constantly bombarded with the idea that we face threats, that a high level of national security is needed in order to keep us safe. Think about it, the United States pumps a large majority of their money into the Department of Defense. A state of fear, war and terror is needed to keep those funds flowing in that direction.
Many people are starting to wake up and realize a lot of the so called threats we face and have been facing are largely manufactured and fabricated in order to justify a specific agenda, agendas that deal with the black budget world.

We live in the illusion of freedom where our potential as a human race to create something better is not wanted. We spend our entire lives working and acquiring little pieces of paper to gather the necessities we need, and in doing so we become blind to what is really happening on, to, and around our planet.
Money should never come in the way of necessity, and we have the potential to create a world where everybody’s needs are provided for. From that place of freedom, just imagine what we can do. We have the potential, and we have the power to do it, we just have to open our eyes and realize it’s possible. Those who monitor us so closely don’t really want to see us thrive, and it seems that they don’t really care about us.
The power does not lie with them, it lies with us. At any time we can choose to wake up and change the way we do things here on the planet. Not many people are resonating with the state of our world today and more people are starting to realize that we can do something about it.

Two things everyone on the planet needs to know. We have had a system of ‘legal’ fiction imposed upon us called maritime law. It is a fiction. There is no such thing except aboard a ship at sea.
Second, those in the United States, please recall that each of the fifty states is sovereign. That has never ever been dissolved, never would be, and the states had collectively agreed to act as a body for certain purposes. That body and the states within it, are being illegally managed by the separate corporation that is Washington DC.
There are three such corporations: Washington DC, The City of London, and Vatican City.
Here’s the third thing everyone needs to know, actually:

11 States have constituted the Administration of the Common Law Jury in all counties: New York 2-27-14; Florida 3-15-14; Connecticut 3-15-14; Rhode Island 3-15-14; New Jersey 3-22-14; New Hampshire 3-29-14; Arizona 3-31-14; Massachusetts 4-1-14; Maryland 4-5-14; Maine 4-12-14; Washington 5-18-14
Next time you see anything visual… a photo or a news report or a video or even a film that includes a courtroom or perhaps a political press conference, have a good look at the flags flying in the picture. No matter what country is represented by such flag, if it bears a gold braid border it is a signal that this entity is under “maritime law.” That means that a courthouse is a ship, essentially, and the judge is the captain of the ship in the wheelhouse.
The gold fringe is not part of the American flag known as the Stars and Stripes, but it is a legal symbol indicating that the court, government building, school or soldier is operating under British Maritime Law and the Uniform Commercial Code; military and merchant law.
Global financial and political powers have been able to accomplish this, inflicting an artificial legal system upon humanity, by creating a system in which each child is registered essentially as cargo via the document known as a birth (berth) certificate, having been ‘delivered’ in a ‘ward’. Just as a ship comes into a port and needs to file a ‘manifest’ listing its contents, you come out of your mother’s ‘water’ when you are born. You dock in a berth.
Each berth certificate, upon which all personal data is spelled out in capital letters indicating that it is, in fact, cargo, has upon it somewhere a serial number. This number is your berth certificate number, which indicates you are owned by a corporation and it allows the cargo registered (you) to be traded on the New York Stock Exchange. And, believe me, we are traded and traded and traded some more.
There are two kinds of law on this planet. Just two. Maritime Law (British Admiralty Law which conforms to the Universal Commercial Code) and Civil Law (the Law of the Land).(1)

Let us then for the sake of humanity, state that there is a false legal system laid upon us, like a thick blanket that chains us, binds us, and keeps us from feeling the sweet sun on our backs.
Is there then a bona fide legal system? Is there a state of being in which humanity has sole ownership of its sovereign self? Yes. It is Natural or Common Law. This truly is the legitimate law of the land.
Essentially the current system of maritime law courts treat each person who appears before the judge (captain) therein as the corporate fiction invented for the purposes of trading berth certificates on the stock exchange. You need never accept that this fiction is you because it isn’t. Each court sets a verbal trap and unwary or unsure persons before the captain of that ship may walk right into an invitation to concede that you are, in fact, the Strawman they created, responsible in ways that are unnatural, inhuman, and illegal.
Ultimately when you walk into a court of law, you are being governed by the bylaws of a Corporation and not by your Constitution. There are courts that decide if a matter is Constitutional or Unconstitutional, but they are merely looking out of their legal domain and into ours, for we the people, are the only body or group that considers itself under the Constitution.
Any gathering in which you may be levied some sort of penalty for an act or omission of the same in which the gold-fringed flag is flying is attempting to use Maritime Law. How is this possible on dry land?
US Code, Title 18 B 7, as follows:
Admiralty Jurisdiction is applicable in the following locations:
1) the high seas
2) any American ship
3) any lands reserved or acquired for the use of the United States, and under the exclusive or concurrent jurisdiction thereof, or any place purchased or otherwise acquired by the United States by consent of the legislature of the state. In other words, mainland America.
This is as unconstitutional as it is possible to be and thoroughly illegal.
Forty-eight states have joined this critical project. If a state accepts this system, as have the above 11 so far, all counties are under Common Law jurisdiction. In order to get hold intellectually and spiritually of what that means, remember that in the US, county sheriffs actually have more power than the President. Our country was set up this way as a safeguard and we need it now more than ever.
However, this vital information has been kept from the US citizenry for long enough that it is in danger of being forgotten despite it being the true law of the land.

The questions are then, why is maritime law a bad thing and what can a common law court do about it? Neither I nor my children nor anyone I know has agreed to become this ‘corporate strawman’ and abide by the Uniform Commercial Code, based on Roman Canon Law, of Maritime Law.
Trading me on the New York Stock Exchange would suggest that I am owned, that I am property. In fact, that is not the case. I am a natural human being and so are you. My actions as I go through this life will not be judged and dictated by the Universal Commercial Code, for I am not cargo.
I am a natural human. The reality, the law of the land, the spiritual truth, is just under the surface. If, in fact, 48 US sovereign states elect to establish these Grand Juries, then the very nature of the classification of what a misdeed is will change drastically. Much of our freedom will be restored as a matter of course. We can expect massive crackdowns.

Next time you see anything visual… a photo or a news report or a video or even a film that includes a courtroom or perhaps a political press conference, have a good look at the flags flying in the picture. No matter what country is represented by such flag, if it bears a gold braid border it is a signal that this entity is under “maritime law.” That means that a courthouse is a ship, essentially, and the judge is the captain of the ship in the wheelhouse.
The gold fringe is not part of the American flag known as the Stars and Stripes, but it is a legal symbol indicating that the court, government building, school or soldier is operating under British Maritime Law and the Uniform Commercial Code; military and merchant law.
Global financial and political powers have been able to accomplish this, inflicting an artificial legal system upon humanity, by creating a system in which each child is registered essentially as cargo via the document known as a birth (berth) certificate, having been ‘delivered’ in a ‘ward’. Just as a ship comes into a port and needs to file a ‘manifest’ listing its contents, you come out of your mother’s ‘water’ when you are born. You dock in a berth.
Each berth certificate, upon which all personal data is spelled out in capital letters indicating that it is, in fact, cargo, has upon it somewhere a serial number. This number is your berth certificate number, which indicates you are owned by a corporation and it allows the cargo registered (you) to be traded on the New York Stock Exchange. And, believe me, we are traded and traded and traded some more.
Corporate Washington DC agreed to this in 1933 when the USA, bankrupt to its core, borrowed money from the Rothschild banks and consigned each and every citizen from that time forward be held as collateral against the loan. We are truly ‘human resources.’ The complete picture of this is beyond the scope of this article, however the facts are readily available.
There has been an over-riding movement, called the Freeman Movement, which has taken up the cause of undoing the spell. However, I contend that the unprecedented abuses taken upon the inhabitants of the United States throughout the 20th century and until today, those perpetrated at an exponentially rapid rate by every administration since Lyndon Johnson (with emphasis on Bushes, Clinton, and Obama) have set the scene for a true remembering of sovereignty by each and every state.
There are two kinds of law on this planet. Just two. Maritime Law (British Admiralty Law which conforms to the Universal Commercial Code) and Civil Law (the Law of the Land).(1)
Bill of RightsLet us then for the sake of humanity, state that there is a false legal system laid upon us, like a thick blanket that chains us, binds us, and keeps us from feeling the sweet sun on our backs.
Is there then a bona fide legal system? Is there a state of being in which humanity has sole ownership of its sovereign self? Yes. It is Natural or Common Law. This truly is the legitimate law of the land.
Essentially the current system of maritime law courts treat each person who appears before the judge (captain) therein as the corporate fiction invented for the purposes of trading berth certificates on the stock exchange. You need never accept that this fiction is you because it isn’t. Each court sets a verbal trap and unwary or unsure persons before the captain of that ship may walk right into an invitation to concede that you are, in fact, the Strawman they created, responsible in ways that are unnatural, inhuman, and illegal.
Ultimately when you walk into a court of law, you are being governed by the bylaws of a Corporation and not by your Constitution. There are courts that decide if a matter is Constitutional or Unconstitutional, but they are merely looking out of their legal domain and into ours, for we the people, are the only body or group that considers itself under the Constitution.
Any gathering in which you may be levied some sort of penalty for an act or omission of the same in which the gold-fringed flag is flying is attempting to use Maritime Law. How is this possible on dry land?
US Code, Title 18 B 7, as follows:
Admiralty Jurisdiction is applicable in the following locations:
1) the high seas
2) any American ship
3) any lands reserved or acquired for the use of the United States, and under the exclusive or concurrent jurisdiction thereof, or any place purchased or otherwise acquired by the United States by consent of the legislature of the state. In other words, mainland America.
This is as unconstitutional as it is possible to be and thoroughly illegal.
Forty-eight states have joined this critical project. If a state accepts this system, as have the above 11 so far, all counties are under Common Law jurisdiction. In order to get hold intellectually and spiritually of what that means, remember that in the US, county sheriffs actually have more power than the President. Our country was set up this way as a safeguard and we need it now more than ever.
However, this vital information has been kept from the US citizenry for long enough that it is in danger of being forgotten despite it being the true law of the land.

It is in effect a fourth branch of government “governed” and administered to directly by and on behalf of the American people, and its authority emanates from the Bill of Rights, see United States -v- Williams (3)
The questions are then, why is maritime law a bad thing and what can a common law court do about it? Neither I nor my children nor anyone I know has agreed to become this ‘corporate strawman’ and abide by the Uniform Commercial Code, based on Roman Canon Law, of Maritime Law.
Trading me on the New York Stock Exchange would suggest that I am owned, that I am property. In fact, that is not the case. I am a natural human being and so are you. My actions as I go through this life will not be judged and dictated by the Universal Commercial Code, for I am not cargo.
I am a natural human. The reality, the law of the land, the spiritual truth, is just under the surface. If, in fact, 48 US sovereign states elect to establish these Grand Juries, then the very nature of the classification of what a misdeed is will change drastically. Much of our freedom will be restored as a matter of course. We can expect massive crackdowns.
However, it remains that, true to the original intent of the original Bill of Rights, the states are absolutely sovereign. It was intended to be that way and it will be that way again.

As the secretive group gears up for its annual confab in Copenhagen next week, Italian Member of the European Parliament Mario Borghezio has slammed the Bilderberg group as being “the root of all evil,” blaming the organization for Italy’s economic crisis.
Borghezio, who is a member of the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs in the European Parliament and a prominent Italian politician, appears in a video in which he denounces Bilderberg as “the root of all evil that afflicts Italy,” blaming the group for causing unemployment, poverty, and high taxes.
Borghezio is supported by Italian lawyer Alfonso Luigi Marra, who last year requested that the Public Prosecutor of Rome investigate the Bilderberg Group for its role in “criminal activity.” Marra accused the group of plotting to install Mario Monti as Prime Minister of Italy at Bilderberg’s 2011 meeting in Switzerland, labeling the organization a “unique, illegal brotherhood” of elitists who consider themselves to be “above the law.”
In the video, Borghezio, who is running in the EU Parliamentary elections, takes a swipe at Italy’s political class, asserting, “(Mario) Monti and (former Italian Prime Minister Enrico) Letta are members of the Bilderberg, while (current Prime Minister Matteo) Renzi is their puppet.”
Counter to clichés peddled by the mainstream media that Bilderberg merely represents a “talking shop,” there are innumerable examples of the clandestine group formulating the consensus for policy which is implemented soon after.
In 2010, former NATO Secretary-General and Bilderberg member Willy Claes admitted that Bilderberg attendees are mandated to implement decisions that are formulated during the annual conference of power brokers. If this is the case, it would violate laws in numerous countries that forbid politicians from being influenced by foreign agents in secret.
In 2009, Bilderberg chairman Étienne Davignon even bragged about how the Euro single currency was a brainchild of the Bilderberg Group.
Borghezio’s charge that Bilderberg had a hand in wrecking Italy’s economy is also noteworthy given that the group conspired to set the stage for the housing market and economic collapse at their 2006 meeting in Ottawa Canada, two years before the 2008 financial crisis.
In 2011, Borghezio attempted to enter the site of the Bilderberg meeting in St. Moritz, Switzerland but was beaten and arrested by Bilderberg security.
The 2014 Bilderberg Group meeting will take place at the 5 star Marriott Hotel in Copenhagen from May 29-June 1. Infowars reporters will be live on the scene throughout the week.

It's a culture icon and one of the best selling toys ever made FFS. It is still popular, is a collectors item, and people are still trying to be the fastest to solve it, or invent new ways to solve it.
I have over a dozen cubes and variations in my collection. It's worth recognition IMO. This has been an icon since I was a kid!

Perhaps it was a joke…or perhaps it is severe backpedaling now that he’s on record.
There are quite a few countries around the world that have made statements that there are indeed UFO (not necessarily of the alien variety), least secretive is France who released a bunch of documents in I think it was 2007….but there is a whole list of other countries who have participated in the releases of documents on the subject.

I personally, tend to believe that there is something going on….there have been far too many credible witnesses over the years, people who potentially gain nothing but could lost everything because of their testimonies…pilots, astronauts, etc.
I’m sure a good portion of UFOs are indeed experimental aircraft…but some of the accounts of seemingly physics-defying maneuvers makes you wonder if that is within our own capability.
I don’t necessarily think they are from another planet….a more likely scenario would be ourselves from the future, or from another universe entirely…*shrug* who knows…I don’t think they were all just “swamp gas” lol.

I dont know whats going on. I believe in intelligent alien life but whether its here...hard to say. These days everyone has a camera and video recorder with thwm. Its hard to imagine that no one has captured proof as of yet. Maybe...I dont know what to think.
