Yeah I know off topic but I think that one looks like a baboon.

I always thought of them as capuchin.

I think it is stupid to punish people for something that doesn't harm other people. The only exception I can think of is exhibitionists or people who decide that clothes are optional.

I can't imagine the hell it would be to be unable to pursue someone you found attractive. At least we have the opportunity to do so.
