[Images] CONDITIONAL Presidential Candidates

Its the socialist agenda. You work and everyone becomes a parasite of and from your work.

Everyone is already dependent on everyone else. No one's an island, independent from everyone else. If a professor suddenly stops preparing for a lecture, it affects all of the students. If a fireman stops putting out fires, people will suffer from lack of help in time of need.

The question isn't dependence on each other, it's about how many people benefit from economic growth. As things are now, very few people make most of the money at the expense of the people working for them. Isn't that exactly like communism? The leaders get everything, while the workers are parasites to the system?

Our system is a hybrid socialist/capitalistic system. Even from the beginning the founders recognized the need for government to control certain things like roads. We later recognized the importance of education in order to compete with other countries and have mandated that all citizens get an education and we socialized education.

Just read the US constitution:

all men are created equal & independent, that from that equal creation they derive rights inherent & inalienable, among which are the preservation of life, & liberty, & the pursuit of happiness

We're all created equal & independent. Not a few for us, all of us.

Since we're all equal, we benefit from inherent & inalienable rights, like life, liberty & the pursuit of happiness.

If life is an inalienable right, why doesn't everyone have equal access to health care? Since liberty is an alienable right, why are so many first offenders in jail? How can you pursue happiness when you're living in a system where 1% controls most of the system?

I do not disagree with anything you have said here with exception of how "few" people are benefiting. If I build something, If I bring something into the world that no one else has or can, then yes I should benifit the most from it. And not only should I benefit the most from it, I should be able to call it mine.

#1 in child poverty. ...that is complete and total BS unsubstantiated by facts. And lets look at "child poverty" as a statement. Theres not a single child making money. After all thats illegal. So what exactly is this insane person really saying?

Thats communism.

Independence ---> Equal opportunity ----> equal outcomes

Pure Capitalism: Your on your own
Socialism: We help each other when we are down and we all start in the same place, where we end up is entirely up to our ability and hard work
Communism: We all have the same and no one has more

It isn't about capitalism or socialism but of where each is most applicable and beneficial in our system.

I want to thank you for your post. This one post has given me tremendous hope and has helped to restore some of my faith in humanity. You have knowledge and a thought process that can use that knowledge to provide relevant answers and conversation.

I shouldn't need to point out that socialism and communism parallel each other in some ways. Taking a thing for the good of the people or for all people hardly seems like a distinction worth making between the two though.

What if you brought it into the world with the help of thousands of helpers, a team of executives and over-seas workers - should you and your fellow executives be the only ones to benefit from the thing that you brought into the world?

Do you not agree that it would have negative effects if a professor stops preparing for lectures? I have a hard time believing that!

Socialism parallels communism the same way the capitalism parallels fascism - not all that much.

How will you find people to help you with your projects if no one is able to climb the ladder of social mobility? Aside of foreigners, who are trained and educated.

Nice no name as the source of this "study".
Tell me exactly why making sure that only live American citizens can vote and only vote once is a bad thing. Also please tell me why in this day and age proving you are who you say you are is a bad thing?
Look at the bottom of the meme.
