[INFJ] Do INFJ guys lie about liking someone when they are not ready for a relationship?

I always get confused when I see threads necro'd. This thread was made in 2017 by an OP that didn't post again. If the intent is to help the OP - they are not likely not here or looking for more help/guidance.
