Do you have analitycal or critical thinking skills, the mark of Ti ?

That is intuition is SELF taught. It is a formulation of much data which an individual perceives. Critical thought is the separation of intuition, breaking into steps what an intuit perceives. One can become more intuitive by coming across particular realizations themselves, but these concepts cannot be easily taught in concepts of a whole.

What do you mean here? Can you explain a bit more?

Critical thought is sort of being able to break intuitive thought into "layers". Intuits have a hard time explaining what we "naturally" know. We have a hard time breaking it to explain it. The ability to take the shortcuts intuits naturally take, is very difficult for an intuit to teach. Critical thought is a process which broken up can be observed. To an intuit, critical thought is ad tedium. Of course, this is to suggest a pure intuitive perspective with a weaker need for actual "data". Seeing as all people have aspects from both sides. Most minds are quite "pragmatic" if they follow such critical thought processes. As such intuits "jump the gun" and miss pragmatic concepts others follow. I will do another post in Ni Se type terms.

N and F are more likely to pair with P than J, it's part of why INFJ is rare.
Inversely, S and T are less likely to pair with P than J.
S is more likely to pair with T if I and F if E.
N again sort of inversely, is more likely to pair with T if E and F if I. Hence why INTJs are also rare.
The N/S traits tend to be more dominant than F/T traits.
Done that "introduction".
I will guess you understand everything so far?

1. How good do you think your tertiary function, Ti is developed?
I actually don't know the objective truth to this so I'm really hesitant to answer. Probably my Ti and Ni work together pretty well, I'm sort of like a dreamy professor trying to figure out stuff in my head. Talking to friends and family they think I'm intelligent, critical, objective and logical (sometimes I really need to explain the logic behind something that others don't see). I have been a book worm child growing up. I came up with this example of how I think: things are like deep forests of different aspects and layers to them. My Ni gets me fired up with the want to go deeper into the forest and discover the truth behind it. Then as I explore the forest my Ni and Ti work together, Ni asking questions and Ti analyzing and explaining things. Understanding philosophy has helped me to describe my logic and explain how things work logically.

2. Are you succesful in any kind of knowledge that require logical thinking and precision, like mathematics, physics or computer programming?
I'm okay in mathematics. The teaching in Finland doesn't suit me or keep me interested: too many details and tricks. I would like to truly understand mathematics but they insist knowing these tricks and practical ways of using it. So I'm average.

3. How good are you at assessing a situation in terms of logical steps, clearly seeing the structure and the underlying logical patterns?
Pretty good. It has a lot to do with wanting to touch the deep meaning of things and look beyond the surface.

4. Can you analyse a problem in a step by step logical fashion?
Yes.

5. Were you interested in mathematics in school? How were you're skills in this area?
No I wasn't. Just enough to get decent grades. I'd say I have potential but since the math education in Finland doesn't suit me I'm probably not going to pursuit this further.

6. Do you think you can work efficiently as a enginer, or as a scientist?
I have tried to work in a laboratory. First of all I was way too clumsy. There was too many details to deal with too. I probably could work as a theorist of some sort. Strong Ni makes me have many ideas and Ti comes up with solutions to problems.

7. Do you think you can work efficiently as a analytical philosopher ( beware: not abstract philosopher)?
Yes I could. Actually it's my favorite. Just enough of challenge to keep me interested.

8. Do you like or are you attracted in any of those fields?
Yes.
