It is also the fact that even when you have a lot of friends to go to you will never be able to really connect to them. Be as one. It is being alone amongst friends. Only when you are very lucky and find a soulmate...

You have hit what I was going to say right on the head Morgain. I didn't read Soulfuls long musing, maybe she said the same thing too. I probably have less reason to feel lonely than most people, as I have a houseful of kids that love me. But someone who really understands me....well that's another story. And I think that is REALLY what we desire the most. Very few really understand we INFJ's, and that's what we really crave. So yeah, you can still feel lonely in a roomfull of people, or a housefull.
