Dress Philosophy

I open the closet and wear anything that I randomly grasp. So I guess my dressing style is dadaist?

I'm inspired by a lot of things, but Saint Theresa here the most lately.

.... but some things I can't deal with, sweaters are icky and hot.

I notice that I dress a whole lot better in Winter than Summer.

I agree with the sweater thing.
Lately I am trying to 'invent' a very 'good sweater.'

For me I am drawn to spring..summer (I used to say Fall). That fine poplin in a button down shirt among other things.. I should be living in a tropical place but we have winter here most of the year. So it's a good challenge to see what I can come up with.

I don't really think I have the most balanced of features. When I draw myself, it's often a caricature. There are paradoxes everywhere. Has to be wrapped up but has to be loose also. I change appearance in the light or the degree of distance someone looks at me from. So I always play with the clothes in a way that can be good from all angles. It takes a lot of testing. It makes it fun I suppose.
