ENTJs & INFJs- why is it always so uncomfortable?

Despite the fact that this old, I want to add something. Just ignore me.
So this ENTJ that is courting me keeps saying "I don't see how that is relevant to Me" For example; I will say I stopped getting migraines after my divorce. He was complaining of migraines. I meant that stress is a culprit. My comment seemed relevant to me. But he says that a lot. And I can't be figurative or metaphorical with him. He hates that. Responds poorly.
I bet in this case (old, I know) the person did lose respect. It's easy with them. But it's easy to lose our respect too.
