How People Go About Revealing Unpleasantries

It seems like people who don't know me think that I am unpredictable, and can't determine what will make me upset. My emotions are logical, but it seems like very few can understand them. I suppose I could attempt to explain, but is means more when they find out themselves. Also, I sometimes can't explain even if I want to.
