She makes a lot of good points regarding "be the you that gets along with the them" and how you cant just put all your grossness out there. Someone is going to come along and say "Oh but Im not being true to myself!" Neither are you being true to yourself by picking your nose, farting, and invading their personal space bubble. Do you really want to be a gross slob? No you dont, so make the real you a pleasant person.
