INFJ advice on dating

@aerosol

Really?

Out of curiosity, for everyone (and somewhat pertaining to this thread itself), what do you consider more abnormal: Kissing before holding hands or holding hands before kissing?
Kissing before holding hands...I guess. I -have- to be comfortable being held before the partner may even dare to kiss me.

Update. Need INFJ thoughts

Update on the INTJ date. Actually went out last night. At first it seemed a little awkward. But as time went on it became much better. Asked her out on a second date, which I rarely do on a first date, and she accepted with a great gaze and smile.

Weird thing is this...Her body language was pretty closed off. Crossed arms most of the evening. But had great eye contact. Kindof got mixed singles. When we left she gave me a very long, nice hug. A few hours after I got home, she texted to say she had fun, and was really looking forward to going out Sat.

In general would an INFJ accept a second date if she wasn't interested? Thanks INFJs for putting up with an over analyzing INTJ :)

She --ALMOST-- sounds like initiating, which is a great step. Anticipating, perhaps; compared to merely accepting, which is a whole different level.

Body language is probably 80% awkwardness and 20% defensiveness. On the other hand I'd also dismiss the eye contact, INFJs generally are proper enough to maintain those (albeit depending on how great, it could also be genuine interest rather than mere propriety)

And the hug is..well, very great, I think. :) I think you're off to a great start.
