I realize you were half joking, but I think it really depends on what kind of business you're running.That video should be titled: "Reasons Why You as an Employer Should Not Hire an INFJ."
If I were hiring, I'd look for competent people who could get things done on their own, understood the relevance of the business and were capable of connecting to it on a personal level, could effectively keep the peace within the work environment, identify motivations and see potential in others. Most importantly, I'd want someone with a positive attitude who was genuine and considerate (but didn't spend all day socializing). This was all expressed in the video.
