I have been on thing.

Cannot tell you for sure.

It just bursts out.

And now I feel dumb and stupid.

If Jesus forgives people, then I am stupid in how I do not match up to this.

What should I do.

Maybe nothing because that's too much of a frustration.

I guess it requires just shutting up.

That is all you can do, "shut up stupid".

It makes sense why people do not like me.

Standing up for yourself can be flawed if stupid, you say wrong shit.

Makes you look stupider and so you need to go to Jupiter to get more stupider.

Most of all you stop butting in. Look what people do when you but in. Its catastrophic.

People cannot get along that way. It crosses boundaries and those boundaries are thin as ice.

So if you have feelings the best thing is not be open about them.

That report I got said I switch between overly emotional to overly logical.

Also the Ne vibe (Extraverted Intuition)

Once you combine them you do not get Capitan planet.

Instead you notice things people feel awkward about.

The introverted intuitive gives up the whole game as Jung said.

The extraverted intuitive looks like a nut.

Its ok because we can just shut up.

Conflict never happens if you do not say what you think.

No conflict is the best thing ever.

Stress relief is one of the most important things for us as human beings to have.

There was this man who said he saw a lion almost eat a baby antelope.
The baby antelope escaped and was fine in a coup of seconds.
Its nervous system shook it off.

The man said he was not ok for hours just thinking about what had happened.
So the human being is different from other creatures.
We have a mental structure for remembering long term.
This creates conflicts in us just by thinking.

So thinking is a big reason we keep energy inside us.
We do not release negative things as well as other animals do.

Therefore we need to work with the body in another way.
We believe problems exist outside us that need fixing.
The energy inside us tells us we need to do something external.

But if we get rid of our thoughts.
Then we would not need to fixate on doing anything.

Society to direct it energy's should start at the individual level.
Is there really a problem and if so why must we think we should do anything about it?
This then would mean we must do some actions but not necessarily at problems we do not have.

Because of energy we search for problems to fix them.

So its best to maintain a good balance of what one really needs to do in life to keep ones energy as it should be.
