Last film you watched, Part 2

The name escapes me,but it was about a small boy who got a pet robot that he programmed to be evil. It was in black and white. Set in the 1950's.

Frailty with Bill Paxton and Matthew McConaughey
it was twisted and i think i liked it.
it's one of those movies that you have to decide after you thought about it for a while

One of the most intriguing movies I have watched lately is titled Kumare'.

It's a documentary where this guy decides to impersonate a Guru and he starts a following in the US. He sets out to prove it's all hogwash...

One of the significant aspects of the movie is how it displays the power of the Mind and Belief. You gotta see it.

Watched indie films Sessions (with Helen Hunt) and 2 Days in New York with Julie Delpy and Chris Rock. Both were awesome. I also watched most of Before Sunrise with Julie Delpy. I watched Austenland in theatres which was a fun, silly rom-com film.

Troll Hunter

A great scandinavian indie film. Slow to start with but great once it gets going. Best not to know too much about it before watching it

Man of Steel and I was so dissapointed...

Last Vegas

S.W.A.T.

Effing Colin Farrell running around he-man style with guns and tactical gear....nuff said ;)

ooop sorry wrong post!

A Clockwork Orange. It was fucked up. Beautiful cinematography and superb acting. But quite fucked up.

What did you get from watching it?

By knowing that I feel extremely sleepy right now and that I have the amazing power of editing my own post I will only say this ...

Bigger the Beard ...

... Bigger The Deception

Full answer may (hopefully) come soon.

Scratch the previous post, the last movie I watched was this awesome indie horror film from Australia called The Tunnel:

The Lovely Bones.

i just watched Cloud Atlas last night.
yeah it was a good movie but i fail to see what all the hype was about. it seemed to me to be unnecessarily twisted. the book apparently was much different in that the story was told chronologically but for some reason the producers chose to mix the story up in the movie, causing confusion where there did not need to be confusion.
kind of a cheap trick that didn't add anything of value to the telling if you ask me.
