Nail Biting and the N function

No, there is no corralation to this what so ever. Why do you think there is a connection between the two. Simply stating that they are will convince no one on the matter.

I think there is a connection between the two because: 1) an old roommate of mine told me that people bite their nails when they are thinking steps ahead in the future. (N's kinda do this more than S's) 2) I am an N and I used to bite my nails when I was younger.

I'm not really trying to convince anyone. I'm just bringing it up to see what others think.

Anecdotal evidence is not a fact.

In addition, behavioral manifestations of cognitive functions are not reliable as they are diverse, and inconsistent. This, is a behavioral manifestation of cognitive functions, if you can call this that. Cognitive functions describe thought patterns. Nail biting, is completely and utterly independent of thought patterns. There is no relation between these two ideas.
