You have to step back from it and not let yourself get emotionally hooked by it. Don't let it get your pulse rate up. Assess it critically. You can be sure that what they are telling you is not the whole story.
They want to manipulate you emotionally.....you have to ask yourself if you are going to let them do that...it's your choice....be an individual, thinking for yourself and listening to all sides of the situation or give into what are pretty base animalistic emotional responses such as anger or hate
