Oregon Farmer Eaten by his Pigs

Reminds me of the Morlocks & Eloi from The H.G. Wells novel "The Time Machine", except which are we, the ugly, brutish, carnivorous Morlocks or the beautiful Eloi that are farmed for their meat?

The reality is perhaps more disturbing, both pigs and people are omnivores, we occupied much the same ecological niche, indeed our biology is so similar that there's research being undertaken to make pig organs compatible for transplant, so it's not so much a matter of Morlocks and Eloi as it is Morlocks and Morlocks.

I never understood the big deal when Dorothy fell in the pig pen in the Wizard of Oz. Big fuggin deal right? Then I was watching Deadwood with my husband I saw Swearengen feed people to the pigs. I remember looking at him and saying..."WTF? Pigs eat people?" He was like "Yeah, you didn't know that?"

"OMG NO!"

"Oh yeah, they'll eat everything. Even the bone. Good way to get rid of a dead body."

Three films that feature modestly graphic depictions of pigs eating people:
Hanibal (Silence of the Lambs series)
Green Ice (kind of like Romancing The Stone)
Razor Back (B grade film about a man-eating pig)

Pigs are the dolphins of dry land.
