The Republic Has Fallen

"The Republic Has Fallen" is a tad alarmist. The most peaceful and fruitful period of the Roman Empire was during Pax Romana when democracy was replaced by a staunch dictatorship. A perfect democracy doesn't mean a perfect and healthy republic. The rich have always decided everything, it's just getting heightened, because technologies are so heightened and globalization has made massive wealth possible.

The people have taken amounts of power back from the rich ruling class in America before….several times actually, and these have historically been the times of the most growth and prosperity as well.
You are right, it doesn’t guarantee a healthy society or functional government, but class warfare by the rich is definitely taking place here on a scale never before seen.
It’s quite frightening really.

The thing about these "Satanist" conspiracies is that they imply (and rely on) Christianity being the correct religion, when the concept of evil is purely man-made.

Republics have fallen all throughout history, why should America be different? I think a loss of world power won't be as bad as people make it out to be, but it would help to be prepared by taking up sustainable practices.

Rich people always going to be rich though.
