Weightlifting and dieting

I like putting peanut butter in with my oatmeal. It's awesome!
 
I haven't noticed it on this forum yet, but Crossfit is an excellent exercise program. It's rather fun for me to get up in the morning and get surprised by what I'm going to do and how awesome it is in the first place. I mean come on, it's beneficial to your self-esteem to be able to say you can do handstand push-ups. I suggest looking at the scaling they have here if you want to get started.

I generally just try to keep my diet varied, but lay off the sugar and carbs. I've cut out drinking regular sodas and it was immensely helpful in losing the weight I gained being a lazy college student. Generally though, I don't have much to say for diet.
