What current series do you watch?

INFJs liked The OA? Duh
Intjs don't understand it and switched it off for good after trying to watch three episodes? Duh.

I'm ENFJ actually, but whatever :P

I thought it was show that would really appeal to Ni in particular.

It was really slow to get going, but it was really worth the watch.

I keep trying to watch this...

But it just doesn't hold my interest...

I would argue that it also appeals to Fi. Remember Prairie saying that the movements must be performed with "perfect feeling". This is a very IFP thing to say.

I'm really into the detective stuff at the moment. I never have any idea what's going to happen, and I never try to figure it out, I just like watching the story unfold.

We're watching "Shetland" now. We've watched 4 hours of it. Very cool, I'm really enjoying it. The principal actor is one of those guys who you just love to watch perform. When an actor reaches excellence it's like they develop their own style of performance that they apply to the character they're portraying in order to make the character come alive, and it's like this in Shetland with Douglas Henshall. It was like it in Broadchurch with Olivia Colman.

We're also watching Vera, series 6. I absolutely love Vera, it's awesome. I love Brenda Blethyn. I also like the actor who plays the new sergeant, he is OK and he is a great replacement for the old sergeant, I even prefer him. It's kind of a bummer that Vera only includes 4 episodes in each series. I wish they'd make more of them. But I don't think that I've seen all of the episodes, I could maybe get old series on DVD.

I watch Midsomer Murders whenever I notice it on TV, but it's more of a casual thing. I always enjoy it, but I don't LOVE it. The actor in the lead role is good, but not excellent. It also seems a bit dated... it seems like the next generation after Marple and all that, but still kind of hokey, it doesn't really engage me because it's so generically stylised that the characters sort of blend into one... the crimes don't seem as believable or urgent... that sort of thing.

We're also watching Season 6 of "Friendship is Magic". We've only watched 5 episodes (1 a week... I ration it because I am such a huge fan of the show) but we're agreeing that it's not as good as previous seasons. The character development seems to have stalled, it is flattened and not dynamic, I think they need to reconnect with dimensions of the characters that are more conflicted, their inner struggles, like Pinky's tendency to get depressed and needy, or Fluttershy's confidence, Rainbow's education, Rarity's creativity, Applejack's integrity, Twilight's perfectionism. Twilight was always my favourite, but I'm not seeing new dimensions of her anymore. I also have no idea where the series is going now - no one ever mentions the elements of harmony or the round friendship table anymore - there's no direction for the show to take.

Have watched some of the best British TV series. Last Tango in Halifax, The Fall, Scott and Bailey, Happy Valley, The Hour, Shetland, River
Yes we were on an intense Detective/ Murder Mystery Kick for a while. Broadchurch was good, but not as good as some of the other ones on the list.
Watched some Scandinavian Noir, like the Bridge, and an Icelandic one called Lava.
Some lighter ones like the Detectorist, There are some good Australian series like Rake and Dreamland.
Lot's of good Documentaries
I like to zone out to Blue Planet and films like that sometimes.

the american version of "the bridge" was great!
I watched two seasons of "the fall" but found some of the violence gratuitous, same with some of "Luther"
I wonder how Gillian Anderson's accent in "the fall" goes over with real Brits, sounds kinda fake to my yankee ears.

Currently watching Humans on Amazon Prime. On my to watch list include Iron Fist and Black Sails. Black Sails is a maybe because I hear it's gorey to the level of GoT but the idea of the complex characters is really appealing to me.
To my fellow OA watchers :) loved the series. If you're into scifi, consider Westworld, Stranger Things, and Sense8.

Clarke, Raven, Octavia and Murphy. ^-^ Do you have favorite character(s)?

Favorite would probably have to be Lincoln. I also like Octavia, and think roan was a pretty cool character for the most part. I don't like Clarke or her mother, raven is okay, and Murphy is funny, he's a likeable character as well.

I completely forgot Lincoln!
Too bad he isn't in the series anymore D: Had to put this as spoiler for just in case, lol
Murphy is really funny, yes. I like how his character has evolved throughout the story.

Where is the love for Bellamy? Totally conflicted...loyal to a fault...brave...stupid...smart and named for a Pirate!

I don't think he should of died the way he did, but oh well. And lol no worries, I've seen all the seasons except for the 2018 one that is to come.

And Murphy definitely had some character development. But still managed to be cold in the end.

Any other series you've seen that are great?

Definitely is a likeable character, except for all the stupid decisions he has made, especially that one about joining Pike's crazy army frenzy.
