And yes I clearly see they are bubbles. But this is what it makes me think of.
 
Tell my doggie "Who's a good girl? YOU are, you are a good little girl. Yes you are! Such a good little girl!" In the silliest voice I can muster while I rub her belly and kiss the top of her head.
