Yes, Venus in Gemini can be flirty and can also have challenges with commitment, but this is balanced by Mars conjunct Saturn in Scorpio and a Capricorn Ascendant which would be more serious about commitment.
There is often some kind of push and pull going on in peoples charts.

Moon in Cancer definitely softens the hard edges. I have that Moon position too. Same degree.

Good analogy :) I am also Venus in Aries. It is the thrill of the 'hunt' and V-A women get bored very easily if the man doesn't keep the fire stoked with adventure.

Interesting on all fronts... I am a very forward Huntress type, which has been an issue historically speaking because I like to be the more submissive one in a relationship and it's not necessarily obvious.

I'm very family oriented and a softy at heart, but do get crazy jealous (mostly from my own insecurities).

I'd have to dig deeper into your chart...there may be co-influncers that soften the Huntress into a submissive.

For example with me is opposite, my Venus is in Aries (yin energy) and my Mars is in Scorpio(yang energy)...all that fire and water make me a steamy Dom... however, to catch 'the prey' being a coy submissive is a useful tool to balance out all that firery energy. Most Venus in Aries women like roll play. ;)
