Uncomfortable with risk, Controllers thrive on structure and shy away from more nebulous projects. Above all, they prefer to be in control of their domain and like to have everything in its place. As colleagues, they’re not exactly the team players and networkers.

You chose words that tell us you want to be in control. You like all your ducks in order, and it wouldn't hurt to color coordinate them either. You want all the information so you can ensure that you have the best option possible.

Has nothing to do with controlling others. It is control of work and tasks, rarely do I need help and almost always I do it when I am alone. I actually do work well with others in a supportive or managerial way, depends on the people present. ISFJs are very task oriented, we like to get those things marked off our checklist in order for our world to return to a state of harmony. Sounds weird, but that's just the way it is, and that is what fuels our drive/ambition to get things done.

I wouldn't say I lack innovative qualities, especially in the sense of problem-solving. Again, the motivation for problem-solving is not because I enjoy the fantasy of dreaming, it is out of productivity of getting something done.
