Not that accurate, since I have a hourglass shape, so my hips are going to be wider, and I have a TINY waist. From what I have been told by my doctor, I have a pretty low BMI scale. Working out 5-6 days a week for an hour [or 2] at a time, coupled with veggies and legumes [minimal fruit], means I is fit. RAWR!
