Your Personal Reputation

Is your reputation something important?
Hm, to a point. I'd prefer to be known as capable and intelligent at work. I like recognition for my abilities, but don't go out of my way for it. I want to be good at my job, because I take pride in my work. I don't do it to increase my reputation, but still appreciate that side of it.

Does it require much thought/effort?
I don't put that much thought into it. I know my general reputation is as someone who's a quiet, competent, and a bit weird (I have hide a lot of weird at work to get it down to just a bit). And that's fine with me.

How does undeserved reputation (good or bad) affect you?

An undeserved good reputation wouldn't really affect me. Unless it came with expectations. As for bad, it would probably annoy me. I'd try to discover it's source and maybe change it. Unless it would require more effort that is worth.
