That's why I love Photo shop
although I totally respect anyone who can develop their own photos because that's some cool stuff there! My artistic ability stops at photography...I can manipulate any photo but I sure cant take great ones..I just got a new camera and dont know how to use it...I use the macro and the auto functions thats about it...It has a ton of bells and whistles...but i dont toot them 
In terms of art i would rather paint or construct something out of another thing...I love to use my hands..
