Anyway, the very reason I took up this game was because I wanted to expand my strategic and logic-based thinking. Memorizing moves isn't going to help with that.
I know what you mean; I like to teach as well, but the way I learn things is that I take the time to figure things out on my own. Really look at all the in's and out's, test out some theories before I wander out to test my mettle against someone's else. I also hate to lose, so... I take every precaution to be prepared.

I was thinking of watching The Matrix again. I saw a video on youtube that made the connection between it and Plato's Allegory of the Cave, and I wanted to see it in that light.
