Dear Maintenance Crew,

Please... whatever you do, make sure you find all of Kav's pieces. You can't be certain to put him together again until you do. And don't go cheapo on the glue you use either.... You have to use the good stuff, or he'll just fall apart again.. And don't think you can get away with just going half ass on this either! There are a lot of people who want to have a full and working/functional Kavalan when this repair is all said and done. If we feel your job has been less than satisfactory.. trust that you're going to know about it!...
That being said, remember I'm here if you need me, as are many of the people waiting on the sidelines for Kav to no longer be broken.. Remind him that we love him, and that we'll take him any way he comes... every piece together, or not!
