I don't like decaf. It's like a tea with a hint of a coffee flavour. But, yeah, relatively soon I'll be back on my coffee all day routine because giving up coffee is obviously not helping me, and I'm having full blown migraines again.

Yeah, it helps alot. Together with chewing slowly, and portion control... albeit my portion control often went kaput at times. XO;;

Very nice! I am into all those bands. I could listen to The Black Keys all day.
Lately I have been listening to quite a bit of instrumental music. Philip Glass is my favorite, but Mogwai is just...incredible. When I write I like to groove to the Diving Bell and Butterfly soundtrack, the new Son Lux album, well...Philip Glass, Hans Zimmer, Social Network soundtrack, and Friends of Dean Martinez.
Also, a group I recently found: Portugal.The Man. I'm digging them.
