Speaking about neuroscience, you might be interested in looking up how the central nerve system and periferal nerve system correlates with criminality.
(Underarousal of the central nerve system means that you're extraverted, and thus have more chance to commit criminal acts because you're looking for stimuli + you are inhibited less than others.)
And there's of course neuroticism, which also correlates with delinquency (according to some studies).
