I have not...but I see that it is good for lowering blood sugars so I should try it out!
Oh to have an herb garden of my own and make my own teas.
I like the Yogi teas. Right now, I'm drinking the skin purify one. It tastes like green tea and roses.
I'll have to see if I can find the Yogi cilantro tea..
It is the best thing ever! You don't even need sweetener, it's naturally sweet. And very spicy!
It has no sweeteners in it, but I think the sweetness comes from the orange oil..
It's amazing with soymilk/almond milk, a little cinnamon and whipped cream.
I adore cardamom.. Maybe I'll order me a box.
You know what I think would be interesting? Cilantro tea.
Cilantro and green tea. I wonder if that exists..
I've had rooibos tea.. though it was celestial seasonings so I don't know how authentic it was.. but it was amazing.. it was pomegranate rooibos tea.
It was naturally a tad sweeter than green tea. I don't usually sweeten my teas either... I like the taste of plants. I can talk about tea all day!
By all that is good in the Universe, with love and benevolence, may this space be blessed, protected and sealed from darkness. May light shine here, that darkness cannot comprehend, so that all who come in peace and with an open heart be blessed, with love, with sanctity and all manner of good things.
The chat on Sunday was such a good experience! I'm so glad we did that and I hope we can visit like that again soon. Laundry was fairly simple. The laundry gnomes asked me to send you their blessings.
