its to do with making information more accessible to current and future generations in all different kinds of ways - eg making informations digital, implementing more effecting search methods, providing specific types of informations to commercial clients on a license basis, etc
to be fair if i had to choose between being a llama and a big fat fish thing (whatever that was right before he turned back into a llama) i'd choose llama.
