Hmmm, now the book sounds even more interesting, I'll look it up. I guess that I'm interested for the same reasons you found it interesting, people tend to label you if you are an introvert and those labels tend to be offensive sometime, not to mention not true.

I really enjoyed Party of One. Some of it was kinda dogmatic us vs them type stuff, but sometimes it was really enlightening and validating. Also, the author pulled up a lot of cultural and specific instances of someone being a recluse or portraying a loner different from the typical negative connotation we see today.

I have always felt a bit greedy and like a bad person for rarely wanting to meet with family or friends, so I would be more of a neurotic in that sense. I have become much more comfortable not meeting those expectations though as I deal with my social anxiety.

I was reading Party of One: A Loner's Manifesto. Right now I am reading Breakfast of Champions by Kurt Vonnegut.

I just ran and got some salsa and a drink, Life is good! I finished a book yesterday and am reading a new one today, did some dishes earlier, nothing much other than that!
