Knowing what path: the teachings of Christ, the Apostles and their successors.

Knowing if I''m following the path: conscience.

I'm not a 'bible christian' but anyhow:

Luke 13:
22 And he went through the cities and towns teaching, and making his journey to Jerusalem. 23 And a certain man said to him: Lord, are they few that are saved? But he said to them: 24 Strive to enter by the narrow gate; for many, I say to you, shall seek to enter, and shall not be able.

To love God, it seems, includes following the path to Him that He has made.

But we are all contingent beings - that is, we could not be existing right now if we were not consciously known and willed to exist by God - so he does love everyone - regardless of whether they love Him - which few do.

That covers just about everyone. May he love everyone.
